LOGO PACKAGE CHECKLIST

1. PREPARE THE ARTWORK
[ ] Text converted to outlines
[ ] Strokes expanded where they must scale
[ ] Clean paths: no stray points, empty groups, hidden layers, off-artboard objects
[ ] One artboard per lockup, cropped to the artwork, same padding on each
[ ] Brand colours set as named swatches
[ ] Final version approved by the client in writing

2. EXPORT THE GRID (lockups x colourways x formats)

Colourways: [ ] Full colour   [ ] Black   [ ] White (reversed)   [ ] One-colour
Formats, for every lockup and colourway:
[ ] SVG
[ ] PDF (vector)
[ ] PNG 500 px   [ ] PNG 1000 px   [ ] PNG 2000 px (transparent)
[ ] JPG (solid background)
[ ] EPS only if a printer asks
= 3 lockups x 4 colourways x 6 files = 72 logo files

3. FILES BEYOND THE LOGO
[ ] Favicons: 16, 32, 180, 192, 512 px PNG + SVG favicon + site.webmanifest + head tags
[ ] Social: profile pictures (icon) and covers for each network the client uses
[ ] Colour values: HEX, RGB, CMYK, Pantone in one document (+ CSS / tokens for developers)
[ ] Guidelines PDF: clear space, minimum size, colourway rules, misuse
[ ] Typography: font names, weights, where to license (not the font files)
[ ] "Start here" file at the top: README or HTML preview saying which file to use where

4. QUALITY CHECKS
[ ] White versions checked on a dark background: cut-outs are transparent
[ ] PNGs checked on a coloured slide: no white box, no halo
[ ] SVG opens in a browser, PDF opens in a PDF reader
[ ] Smallest sizes (16 px favicon, 500 px PNG) still read
[ ] File names: brand-lockup-colourway-size, lowercase, hyphens, no spaces
[ ] Folder paths short enough to unzip on Windows
[ ] No .DS_Store, drafts or working files in the ZIP
[ ] Downloaded and unzipped on another machine, a few files opened

5. SEND IT
[ ] One ZIP, one link that won't expire for weeks; keep your own copy
[ ] Handoff email: what's inside, which file for which job, who gets what
[ ] Final invoice paid; copyright or licence terms stated as agreed
